Robinson Restoration - Portland & Vancouver

We had Robinson Restoration come out and check our laundry room ceiling after we had a brief leak. Kyle was very helpful and courteous. He and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind and respectful about our health concerns. We have a newborn and wanted limited contact and certain safety procedures. They all willingly accommodated our requests. The work they did was also great quality and efficient which we appreciated, My wife and I recommend this company!

We discovered a plumbing leak that was draining into our crawl space from within an interior wall, and our plumber recommended Robinson Restoration to help locate the source and address the damage. Danielle and Adam, our project managers, did an excellent job coordinating the efforts of the Robinson team. They ensured the leak was found, took steps to protect our property, and managed the work needed to dry out the affected flooring, walls, and crawl space. Resolving the issue required professionals with a range of skills, and we were impressed by the timeliness, expertise, dedication, and overall professionalism demonstrated by everyone involved. We are so grateful for the excellent work they performed!

We had a horrible musty smell coming from our kitchen. We emailed Robinson Restoration and Jacqueline helped us right away. She was fast and friendly. They dispatched Christian and within an hour he arrived at our house! After the inspection he explained in detaIl that we had a leak coming from the sink sewer line. It had been that way for some time. They scheduled us in the next day. They thoroughly cleaned up the mess that day so we could get a plumber in to repair it. Christian was amazing by keeping us updated on expectations throughout the process! The crew they sent were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They took great pride in their work and worked well as a team. They protected my home with plastic so it was very clean when they left. They put new vapor barrier In the crawlspace and it smells so nice now. They had a job inspector, Jared, come over after the work was completed. He asked about our experience and if we needed anything else that they could help us with. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect, which was so nice. He was very friendly and sincere. The service they gave to us from the beginning to the end was above and beyond great! We appreciate everyone from Robinson Restoration for their help making our home safe and odor free again! I am so happy I chose this company to address water and mold damage in my garage. Kyle was my main point of contact and was so attentive and helpful. Even though Kyle was my main contact, every single person that came out to check the progress was so polite, prompt and kind. They checked in daily - I even had to tell them they didn’t need to come Christmas Eve and day! They were efficient and clean. They also put me in contact with a great contractor for the final repairs ! You won’t regret using this company for any damage needs!!!!
