Superior Sprinklers Systems

I recently had a sprinkler system installed by Superior Sprinkler Systems of Dulles, VA, and I was very pleased with the experience. Dylan, my Sales Representative, was outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful from the very beginning. He explained the reason behind each irrigation zone, the equipment used and spent time teaching me how to operate my new Hunter system, which I can easily control from an app on my phone. Karen in the office was also fantastic, always quick to return calls and great at coordinating the installation schedule. She offered valuable advice on both the system and lawn care in general. The installation team worked diligently for two days, taking care of the yard and expertly routing my indoor water supply to the exterior system. The results are excellent, and everything looks neat and professional. Overall, Superior Sprinkler Systems exceeded my expectations in every way, professional, friendly, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Great for installations. Not so great for service and maintenance. This company did our install several years ago and I have no complaints about that process. It was a good install and has been operating well. My complaint is based on a recent winterization servicing in November of 2024. This is a standard $125 per year service charge. When I turned the water back on this spring, two of the five zones were left in the open state and immediately began spraying water in both zones. Not a huge deal, I was able to find the control box and close the zones myself. The larger issue was two of the five zones and the overflow pipe were leaking water. Within a couple minutes, my control box was full to the brim with water. I had to turn the water back off and bail out the control box with a cup small enough to fit in between the pipes. I was able to open the leaking valves, clean them (full of dirt), and close them up snugly so they stopped leaking. I called the company to report the issues and request a refund or future credit for the poorly performed service. Instead I was offered an appointment with a manager where I might or might not be charged a second $125 fee depending on if they determined the fault to be theirs or mine. I pushed back stating again that all problems were resolved and there was nothing to be fixed. I was told that was the extent of any remedy they could offer. I was not given an opportunity to speak with the manager and there was no real interest in retaining my business. I’ve terminated my service contract with the company and will not be using them going forward. I would not recommend them for any maintenance or servicing.

I had an issue with the sprinkler heads that were installed on 7/27/2023. Thank you for your PROMPT responsiveness to my complaint. SAME DAY resolution! The supervisor was professional, polite, and said "I'll take care of it." And he did, by himself in 100 degree heat!

Good people. Experienced people. Professional and friendly! After a couple consultations, I trusted Superior Sprinkler Systems completely! We are really pleased with our installation, adjustments, and winterization! We installed in the fall and can't wait to see the benefits to our lawn next spring/summer! Their system works with a really customizable app. They also will walk you through how to use it! Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! As a former military family of 20+ years, we've worked with a lot of companies. Superior Sprinkler is the BEST of these! We purchased a house with an older system and lots of problems. Superior worked with us to give a clear estimate of work needed, and did the work to get our sprinklers up and running quickly. They used quality parts, took the time to do the job right, walked us through the entire process, and even set-up the new controller! Their crews are knowledgeable and great to work with, the office staff always answers the phone and provides friendly and clear communication, and as a company I know we can trust them for the long-term. I absolutely recommend Superior to friends, neighbors, and anyone who wants a top-quality system that will last for years! We also use, and recommend thier sister company, Pro-Mow for our lawn care.
