North Star Heating & Air Conditioning - Sandy

I hired North Star to come out and assess my furnace and give me recommendations in order to get it running better than it was. I went with the required cleanings and one upgrade to get my furnace up to code. Daniel came out and did an amazing job! He took before and after pictures and videos so I could see the difference and then showed me everything when complete. He even educated me on some furnace maintenance tips, as my ex used to handle all of that. In addition, he was super accommodating when dealing with the painting crew I had in my home painting my house, which happened to fall on the same day. Thanks for the great work Daniel!

Update: 2/4/26 had more work done and want to leave a new review. Had a duct cleaning, the team was professional and courteous. They even replaced the flat head screws on my vents with hex head cause they heard me say I hated flat heads in passing the team great. Review 1 We started off a bit on the wrong foot. But the team at North Star really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The owner took care of me after an honest mistake. Even after I was jerk. The AC tech Ben was great to work with and the maintenance tech Daniel is the same tech that shows up every year. Feels like a small tight knit team. Happy to leave a 5 star review.

Capone did an outstanding job installing my A/C system from the moment he arrived. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took time out of his day to explain everything clearly before and after. The work was done neatly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Daniel came by and tuned up the furnace that we had previously purchased from North Star. He has come by for our maintenence in the past and has always been fabulous to work with. The furnace and AC has worked great since we have had them, no problems. Im pleased to have purchased from them and I would highly recommend using North Star.
