Justin provided the structural engineering design for the foundation of a steel building I am currently constructing. Justin has been extremely helpful and I highly recommend. Home owner acting as general contractor here (begrudgingly), no one wanted to build my garage. What that means is I have lots of questions and he has been great at explaining. I came to him because I wanted a big garage door and a person door on the same wall, it was tight fit, and my framer was skeptical. Justin drew up a great portal design to meet the shear wall needs. So far inspections have been smooth and I expect that trend to continue with his drawings.

As a general contractor, we rely heavily on Mountain Valley Engineering. They are great at consulting and coming up solutions. They also provide the drawings and calculations much faster than any other engineering firm we’ve used in the past. Justin is great at communicating through text, calls and emails.
