Amazing facility, AMAZING practitioners! I am SO happy we found IOC. My daughter is a competitive cheerleader and had an injury when she landed wrong during tumbling on a Friday afternoon. We knew a regular urgent care wouldn’t be able to do anything and also knew it wasn’t as serious as a broken bone to need to go to the ER. IOC immediately got her in and evaluated, did imaging and a full work up on her knee. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Very grateful to find them and will be telling all of our cheer and tumbling friends!

In modern healthcare, that is apparently a bold new innovation. What I really like is the business model is you come in, get the help you need, and know what you’re paying. No financial ambush. No wondering about a surprise bill that might show up later. Compared with walking into an IHC InstantCare and sitting in a paper gown under fluorescent lights, wondering whether the doctor is coming back or if you now live there. This feels like a much better way to handle basic care. It cuts through the usual healthcare nonsense and gets right to the point: simple, transparent, and practical. This is exactly how basic care should have worked all along. I would definitely recommend letting them take care of you if the need arises.

It is clear that patient care really matters here. The clinic itself is very clean and organized which made my appointment feel comfortable. I would reccomend to future patients!
