Pps house was the company that purchased and flipped the house we purchased 4 years ago. The flip look amazing but as we lived in it we realized it was a low grade flip. All the new windows they put in the house have already lost their seal just 2 years later. The AC they installed as brand new where off market resells. The kitchen cabinets started falling apart. Absolutely installed wrong. The drawers fell off and cabinets will not close. The totally redo of the pool that looked beautiful was done so cheaply it’s already cracking 4 years later. They installed a facet in the master bath that is low flow and will not fill up the tub so the tub is useless. I had to totally redo the front door. They hid the rote with paint. We really loved the house and only a few years in we now know we got tricked into buying a house that was flip bad. Super sad.
