Disaster Plus responded quickly to my call and had a tech team out the same day. They were professional, informative, and incredibly helpful with our water damage. Their fast response and water mitigation prevented ruin of our old hardwood floors and a lower level ceiling. Service Tech James, assisted by Joe, set up the equipment on Monday, explaining how it worked and the plan to check moisture level readings. James returned to remove the equipment and thoroughly clean the job site. He is a role model for the industry and I highly recommend the services of Disaster Plus.

They come in, do their work, and leave your house clean. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of our house when they left. Julia, Zach and his team were on it, got it done and cleaned up. 2025-06-11Excellent service and quick completion. Water pipe broke under house slab and hardwood floor ruined. James and Jonathan were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to remove the damaged flooring and prepare the slab for new flooring. I recommend Disaster Plus wholeheartedly for an any major problems a homeowner might experience. Julia and Nikki were extremely pleasant and a delight to work with. Bravo to you.
