As the Property Manager of Patton Home, I was dealing with a major crisis when our main fire line water blew. Sam from Lovett stepped in with a level of professionalism and skill that immediately put me at ease. He was kind, had a great sense of humor, and moved fast without ever compromising quality. The repair and clean‑up were handled flawlessly—efficient, detailed, and truly impressive. Sam did an amazing job, and his work made a stressful situation far easier to manage.

I recommend Synergy Restoration without hesitation. After a leak in my condo which affected the unit below mine, I requested estimates from three Portland restoration companies. Synergy was by far the most communicative and thorough. They continued this professionalism throughout my project. At different stages of the process, I worked with Stuart, Steve, and Tom. All three are very hardworking, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When the mitigation on my unit was complete, Synergy was booked out too far to complete the reconstruction in a timely manner. Stuart Babicky, however, helped me navigate hiring flooring and drywall repair contractors directly and answered all my questions - all on his own time. He even obtained a quote to refinish my bathtub (which was sorely needed but not part of the original project). Being unfamiliar with the construction industry, I’m so grateful he helped me finish my project. He made a very stressful time in my life a little easier. Thank you Stuart and Synergy!

Josh and Dan at Synergy Restoration spent several days at our house removing water-damaged hard wood flooring. They were the most professional, clean and skilled crew we could have accepted. They were honest, fast and highly-skilled. They were well-equipped with the latest technology and went out of their way to keep us informed and make recommendations. On several occasions, they made recommendations that allowed us to avoid additional remediation work, which would've cost us a lot more money. Their honesty, professionalism and skills were quite impressive. I would go out of my way to recommend Synergy's remediation services in case of water damage.

After contacting synergy for water mitigation, they were able to get out to my house very quick in order to assess what needed to be done. They were very professional and did everything in a timely manner. Always exactly on time and worked efficiently. Due to me working nights at the hospital my schedule is is not ideal for having people come work at the house, they were able to accommodate and show up later in the afternoon. Steve did a great job getting everything situated and handling all the communication with the insurance company and making sure the demo went as smooth and efficiently as possible. Having just moved into my house a couple months ago it was stressful already having to submit a claim to insurance for water damage, Steve did a great job making it as stress free as possible. Great guys and great company, 10/10 would recommend if you ever find yourself in a situation that you need water damage repair.

Synergy/Lovett helped us after a major plumbing failure flooded three floors of our house. They were great — showed up promptly, got right to work and tackled the job thoroughly and with superb communication and consistent COVID precautions. The two main guys we worked with were Jeremy Petty on the front end and then Stuart Babicky — both get high marks for their care and professionalism.
