2026-01-30Great experience. Easy to contact and communicate with. Able to come out the very next day after requesting a bathroom exhaust fan install! Very fair prices. Techs were very pleasant and efficient. Quality of work is excellent, and they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. After 3 big companies declined the job, we were thrilled with our experience with Watkins and will call them for any hvac needs in the future!
2026-01-07I just want to say that the employees Who have come out to repair my furnace and then replace it have been top-notch. They know what they’re doing. They have a great work ethic. They are polite and considerate. They put down drop cloths for walking in and out so they wouldn’t track snow and salt Into my carpet. They don’t play around. I am extremely impressed.

He spent hours fixing our AC/Heat unit, braved the cold until 7:00pm, came back a second time because pipes would freeze and stayed hours to finish up to make sure everything was running perfectly!
