I rented an indoor large unit (A116) for all of 2025. While the facility itself is decent and move-in was easy, the administrative side of this company is a joke. I signed up on a "winter special" which had immediate billing issues and wasn’t as good as advertised. About 7-8 months in, they raised my base rent from $120 to $127. The real issues, however, are the website and the cancellation process. I was never able to create an online account because their system insisted my unit was "not active," despite me paying rent for a year. When I tried to cancel last week, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. No one answers the phone, and my emails have gone unanswered for over a week. Even though the agreement states cancellation can be done via phone or email, I was forced to send a cancellation via certified mail just to ensure it was processed. If you want a place that is easy to move into but impossible to leave, this is it.

Under New Management is great. Website is very clean and extremely easy to rent a space quickly. The facility is very well lit at night and i feel very safe there as well as my belongings.

Patricia was very friendly and understanding. She also answered all my questions. The process was very quick. I recommend her to all customers.

It was easy experience I was expecting to pull up and have to talk to somebody in the office, but when I pulled up to the gate I had to scan the code make an account pick what size unit I wanted, made payment. Less than 5 minutes I had my unit first month for a 1$ and I picked the climate controlled inside unit which was a nice cool break, after a hot sweaty day of moving! But before that I spent 15 minutes driving to find a good lock to put on my unit, and when we got to the unit we took the yellow tag off the door and they give you a brand new lock inside the unit which is very nice because that lock was a lot better than the one I found, lol. Thank you. It was very easy transaction you can get a unit under 5 minutes and be thru the gate and packing that storage unit full quickly, I highly recommend him...

Simple over the phone sign-up process with friendly and helpful booking agent Patricia Aguiran. Very good rates. Site under site expansion fall of 2024 which makes maneuvering a bit difficult but that should resolve soon. Clean dry space and key-code access-controlled site. Very nice storage solution!
