Hoff Bros.

Hoff & Bros. were excellent! We had clogged main drain trap outside the house. We had to dig down almost 6’ feet to get to the drain. Our regular plumber balked on the schedule and Hoff & Bros. came out to clean out the trap and estimate the replacement drain on a Sunday. They cleared out the trap, so we at least had the ability to use water in the house. They returned at agreed upon time on Monday morning with all the correct parts. They cut out old waste pipe and had new one installed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Sue Gallitelli the office manager was professional, courteous, polite and empathetic regarding our needs. Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. The plumbing problem we had we thought it warrant immediate attention which it did not after being fixed by HOFF and Sons. We had to other company out for the same problems and neither said that we didn’t have to fix the problem ASAP not only that a previous plumber had been there the day before and the issue was not resolved . Thank you very much Ms. Gallitelli and HOFF and Son. I highly recommend Hoff &Son to get the job done.

The workers came and dug up my front yard a contract by the water company. Put up signs saying not to park in the street. They pulled & got out of their vehicles when I was leaving for work nothing said to me. My son calls me at work to let me know they are digging up our lawn. I come home and they claimed they knocked in the door for permission. Nothing on my ring. They dug up my plants and threw my lawn ornaments ok the grass. I can’t gone on lunch and asked what they did with my plants. CLAIMED there was nothing there. said no one answered the door so they went ahead with the work. I showed them pictures of my plants Previous to the dig, the worker shrugged Yes. They said they would replace them and put grass seed down. NOTHING but caution tape on my lawn which means?!? And and $1 bill rolled up where my plants were. Obnoxious and uncaring totally not professional
