Needing a company like this means something has gone terribly wrong & it’s never at a good time. Having a company treat you with courtesy & professionalism during that time goes a long way and that was 100% my experience with PuroClean. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The PuroClean crew arrived, and started working, within hours of our basement flooding on a Saturday. The power was even out and they set up lights and did what they could until power was restored. They explained what they were going to have to do to mitigate the water damage, so there were no surprises, and walked me through the equipment they had set up. The crew followed up over the following days, testing as needed, to ensure everything was drying as expected. The team was friendly, professional, and thorough. I would use them again if needed.
