We hired Patrick Finn for an extensive kitchen, bathroom, and breezeway remodel in our 100 year old American Four-Square. Patrick came highly recommended by some friends of ours, and upon meeting with him and his designer Vicki it was clear we made the right choice. During the process of demolition Patrick and his team discovered that the cause for our sinking floor in the kitchen was due to a substandard foundation and water intrusion from a 75 year old addition. While this work was out of scope and added a significant amount to the project cost, we were glad that the issue was addressed properly and that our home and the investment in a new kitchen was safe from any further deterioration. On a personal level, Patick, Katie, Vicki and his whole team are genuinely kind and thoughtful people with your best interests in mind through out what can be a rather discission-laden process. Patrick has a keen eye for detail and is always up-front and transparent about anything he may come across throughout the process. I am grateful we hired him for our project and the end result was more than I ever imagined.

We absolutely love our new basement. Working with the team at Patrick A. Finn was a pleasure from start to finish. Their process was extremely thorough, beginning with a thoughtful scoping phase to truly understand us and our goals for the space. From there, the design and selection process was excellent, followed by a very well-coordinated construction phase. The team was consistently thoughtful, organized, and detail-oriented throughout the entire project. The end result is a space we are incredibly proud of, including a home gym we love and a fantastic living area that works perfectly for our growing family. We absolutely love our new porch space! Patrick & Katie Finn helped us create a peaceful oasis right in our own backyard. Even with our small Cape Cod home, this porch has added a beautiful extra "room" where our family and friends can gather. The fireplace and lighting make it comfortable year-round and it truly feels like a natural extension of our home. We couldn't be happier with this addition!

Patrick Finn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our project developer was Tyler, and we have nothing but positive feedback regarding our experience with him. He was punctual, listened to our every need, and explained the process in great detail for any and all questions we had. We couldn't be happier with the work that Patrick and his team did for us! We worked with Patrick on a major kitchen/family room renovation that included the removal of the wall between the spaces. Everyone involved with the process was a pleasure to work with, and the project turned out exactly as we hoped it would. One benefit of working with Patrick was the digital recreation tools he had at his disposal. We were able to look at a 3D rendering of the entire project that truly came within 95% of the look of the completed work.
