Highly recommend this service. They responded quickly and promptly to request for mold inspection. The inspector, Aaron, was incredibly meticulous & transparent throughout the process. Constant communication was greatly appreciated. A verbal summary was given before he left and detailed written summary provided 48 hours after completing the inspection. I can't speak highly enough about this experience. Will use for all future mold/moisture inspections. A+ experience!

We used IT For mold inspections on a home we were buying, and they were extremely thorough very quick to return any calls, very professional, answered all our questions, and since they have their own processing lab on site, you can get your results back much quicker. We would recommend IET to anyone looking to do air quality and mold inspections in their home! We would give them 10 stars if we could.

She conducted a comprehensive inspection and testing that was exactly what we were looking for. Her reporting was thorough, detailed and provided me valuable insights on the safety of our home.
