I worked with Taylor for our project and he was always attentive and collaborative to make our renovation what we wanted. He knew we were having a few contractors look at the project and he worked hard to track down the exact cabinet finishes we were looking for. Taylor did a good job making sure the project stayed on schedule, even though we elected to make some last minute changes. There have also been a few small warranty type issues that have home up and Taylor has addressed them right away. One thing that could use improvement is the attention to detail at the punch list at the end of the job, but even then, Taylor addressed every punch list item we had without dispute, so I can't complain. Overall, I'd recommend Phoenix Remodeling for a home renovation. They're fair, will work hard to make your vision happen, and are competitive with pricing.

From the start we met with Taylor, he was professional and gave us all the information to ease our minds about the process, the price, the time it would take, etc. Taylor is innovative, creative, efficient and pays attention to details. The workers were all prompt, accommodating and highly skilled in their fields of expertise. We completed renovations of our town home renovation and the entire process, from start to end was uneventful. We would certainly use them for future projects and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Taylor and his team at Phoenix Remodeling. I bought a 2 bedroom condo in Las Olas Area that needed to be redone. This was my first purchase and remodel and I have heard all the contractor nightmare stories. Taylor was extremely professional and got the project done at the quoted price and more importantly on time. They always showed up when they said they were coming even on a Saturday. I have to also say, a big thank you to Taylor for being so patient and calm with me as it was my first time doing a remodel and I didn’t know what to expect. We pretty much gutted the entire 2 bedroom condo. Floors, kitchens, walls, doors, fixtures. It can out great. I still need to have the bathrooms done later this year and I know Taylor and Phoenix Remodeling will be who I call. Please see the after and before photos of their work.

I had a complete tile floor replacement with furniture remaining in condo and while still living in same. I can say while I knew it would be stressful Phoenix Remodeling and especially tile expert Laercio made it not only possible, but remarkably seem easy. The end product is beautiful, finished on time, left everyday cleaning up area and arrived everyday on time. I would highly recommend Phoenix Remodeling for their professionalism and especially thank Laercio for his attention to detail.
