Dental Implant Docs

Communication from the office staff/scheduling is terrible. I put in at least 2 requests to have them call me to setup a consult and finally on the third try I got somebody to call me... got my paperwork and Xray's submitted and whomever I spoke to said it we could do a phone consult once she had all that and go from there. It has been weeks and I've heard nothing from them and I have reached out multiple times. I got in for a consult AND scheduled for my surgery with another Dr locally here in town in less than a week. I can't say anything bad about the Dr because I never got the chance to meet him.

Appointment was supposed to be at 11 and was not called back until 12:47. Had to pay half of the cost before and then the other half two weeks before. If you cancel the appointment have to pay a huge fee. However the Dr. Cancelled the day before my scheduled surgery and no money was returned. You must have a driver and they are not allowed to leave. There is a sign on the door that says no food, drink or smoking. Smoking is understandable but no drink is ridiculous!.

Dr. Molpus removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. I found out I needed them removed on a Tuesday and they got me in on Monday. It was very quick and everyone was so nice and easy to talk to! The only thing I could say is that the appointment was for 10:20am, they asked me to arrive at 10, which I did, but it was right at 11:20 before they called me back. I was frustrated while waiting, BUT, I must say that the procedure went so well and my recovery has been so easy with no issues whatsoever I would gladly wait all over again! I had a wonderful experience and would recommend him to everyone I know!

Dr. Molpus and his team were fantastic for my wisdom teeth removal. They were able to get me in on short notice due to me traveling. Because both of my teeth were impacted I had to undergo IV sedation. I have a huge fear of needles so I was very anxious and scared. Dr. Molpus prescribed me Valium to take before my appointment to calm my nerves and it helped so much. The nurse Melissa was the sweetest, she held my hand and continued to keep me calm for the whole process until I was asleep for my surgery. I remember waking up laughing and being wheeled out to the car by Melissa. Dental implant docs made the whole experience so much better than I imagined. I was also able to manage the pain with only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. It’s been 2 months post op and both of my holes have finally closed with no issues. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone apart of the office was great, scheduling was easy, consultation was pretty much done for me, day off was amazing. The entire team talked me through was going to happen, even calmed my nerves when I was physically nervous. Dr. Molpus talked to me before the procedure and even gave a call later that night. The nurse who gave me my IV gave me the best experience, she was able to give me the IV with no pain and told me everytime she put something in there. This office if full of informative staff, and a very good doctor.
