I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to change out a tub and shower into a shower and dry off area. The process of selecting the design was so easy and the design consultant was very nice. We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowd us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

We had a kitchen remodel in fall of 2024. After 1 year, we are still quite pleased. Nicole helped considerably in selecting colors-back splash tile, countertops, and cabinets. Workmanship was excellent. Everything in the kitchen is square and plumb even though the house is 30+ years old. The contractor started when they said they would and were generally very good with schedule. The only shortfall: the contractor reviewed materials up front to make sure they had everything to complete the remodel. We had 2 different cabinet colors so we needed 2 different trim colors. Unfortunately the checker did not note colors of trim pieces. At the end of the project when they discovered the missing trim pieces, (too much of 1 color and not enough of the other) it was rather slow to get the last trim pieces. Price was reasonable. You get what you pay for. We are very happy with our new kitchen. We recommended Phx home remodeling to our next door neighbor who also chose them for their kitchen remodel. If we were doing another remodel, we would use Phx home remodeling again.

We worked with Phx Home Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and primary bathroom. From start to finish they were amazing to work with! Not only do I absolutely LOVE my kitchen and bathroom, I also enjoyed everyone we worked with! Looking forward to working with them again in our next project!
